Locks sold separately and shipped will be replaced if found to be defective within the scope of the manufacturers warranty. Locks that are damaged by improper installation can not be replaced. Please call our office for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) if we have shipped you a lock that requires replacement.
Our 100% guarantee is not available on simple repairs (patch jobs) if you elect to not replace worn or damaged parts with new. Depending on the nature of your repair or problem, it may be best to replace parts than risk needing an additional service call in the future. Please ask your locksmith for details.
